Accessibility at Exit 15N Firewood

We want everyone to be able to find information, contact us, and order firewood through our website.

Need help using the website?

If a page, form, or checkout feature is difficult to use, call (518) 378-9332 or email firewood15n@gmail.com. We can help with product information and ordering.

Please tell us which page or feature caused a problem, what you were trying to do, and how you would prefer us to contact you. You do not need to disclose a medical condition. Please do not email payment-card details.

Our accessibility work

We are reviewing the website and working to improve readability, keyboard navigation, image descriptions, and form usability, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference. A complete conformance assessment has not been completed, and some features may still present barriers.

The site includes third-party tools for features such as reviews and checkout. Please contact us if any of these tools prevents you from accessing information or placing an order.
